Improve commentary.
(gdb-window-height, gdb-window-width, gdb-display-number-end):
Customize the dimensions of frames for displayed expressions.
(gdb-error-begin): Comment out because it is not used because of
bug/quirk in annotations.
(gdb-reset): Use with-current-buffer.
